How should I supply artwork embroidered designs?
For embroidery, artwork must be in a digitised embroidery file format such as DST, EXP, or PES. If you don’t have your design in this format, we can digitise it for you for a set fee, which will be automatically added to your order.
If you’re reordering garments and have previously supplied your artwork, there’s no need to resubmit—simply provide your order number, and we’ll retrieve your design for you. If you have any questions about file formats or digitising, feel free to get in touch!

Why is it some clothing items don't have an option to add embroidery?
To ensure the best quality embroidery, garments made from fabric that is under 180gsm are not suitable for embroidery. Instead we recommend opting for printed application.
What is the maximum size for an embroidered design?
Full front and back embroidered designs are caped at 10,000 stitches. This is roughly the size of a full back design (spanning over the shoulders). If you want anything larger than this then please get in touch.
What is the turn around time for embroidered garments?

What are the charges for Embroidery?
Once your order is received we will get to work. Firstly we will check whether we have your digitised artwork on file. If we do have it you will not be charged the digitisation fee.
Before any work takes place we will be in touch to confirm your order and ask you to approve all artwork.
In some instances logos can require more stitches than other designs. If this is the case we will check with you first before proceeding as a logo with over 10,000 stitches may cost more to produce.
